Hi Na Nel
Yes I am, it was my first time. I did it about 2 years ago. Had an opportunity to do it again last Sept. but decided that once was probably enough. It was fun though.
Thanks Peggy..... that is where I ordered from. They were very helpful. The PortaInk was backordered at the time, and they kept me up to date as to the status... I would definitely order from them again.

Georgina and I are in for dinner. V not sure and Rosana can't make it.
I will check with Liza again for the dinner part. All day stamping may be enough for her since my Aunt said she has a boyfriend now. Now who would pick a GUY over dinner with the girls. Priorities, priorities. Gotta teach her their is still life going on even with a new boyfriend.
YES, Peggy there absolutely is going to be a second annual, no matter what it is called. We all know the 1st. one is going to be Soooo much fun.
Count me in for dinner too! I spoke to trevor and (supposedly) Garrett will be with him that weekend, so that leaves me free. Now lets just hope he doesn't back out at the last second - never had that happen before!
Please add riemomof2 (AnneMarie) and dianaq (Diana) for dinner on Saturday night! Thanks your a peach for taking this on. I know it can be a lot of legwork!

Hey Peggy, see Rex's name on the list for Saturday dinner! Not quite sure if he would want to join soooo many lovely ladies but I will doublecheck! He'd probably be happy to have dinner at the hotel with a glass or two of wine and a couple of whiskeys after, then take a leisurley bath and watch TV. He's not an evening person!!
Secret gift swap: (3d item - gift package, 1 to 1 swap)
all + 1 means however many spots for each swap group (atc, card fronts, 3d) +2. (eg: if 7 people signs up for cards, then it will be 7+2) The +2's are optional and are for Diane and I (someone suggest that, not me hahaha) since we will not be stamping that much on those two days
atc
card fronts: (all+2) - we wont make full cards, as you can easily mount the half cards later - save paper!
3d (all+2)
OK I just can't choose so put me down for the
*shoebox swap
*secret gift swap
*ATC
*Card Fronts
*3D (see post 777 about this one!)
Boy am I a sucker for punishment but the payoff will be well worth it!

Yes!! I am planning to lead a posse of women to Western Educational. I was thinking we could go at lunchtime or after lunch. They do NOT open on Sundays, which is a bummer. Too bad they aren't having a demo day that weekend- sometimes they do and its pretty cool.
Lisa, it ought to be fun! Our little coffee date last sat was cool as we got to meet Kyla, Regina, Velvet, Carrie and Char. We were pretty loud and excited about all kinds of things.
OPA! has awesome greek food (and it's fast food) in WEM.
Jo, OPA! Souvlaki *is* pretty decent for fast food-I've only tried them in Calgary. I was thinking more Koutoki Taverna/Syrtakis/Symposium/Yannis
(I have fond memories of grilled octopus... mmmmmm)

Just talked to Rex and he says he's more than happy to find his own dinner although he's friendly enough to join in!! He says women are people too!! Actually what I said before is good for him, a glass or two of wine, dinner and the odd whisky after dinner etc and he's happy. After all I get to take him out for his special b/day dinner on the Sunday! So take him OFF the list for Sat night, please.

I've already mentioned to my family that I just want cash for my Birthday next week so I can join the pilgramage to this Mecca of stamping!
