O.k Nancy, I just checked out your gallery and wow!! If you consider yourself a beginner then I think I will be sitting on the other side of the room. Actually I will probably spending 2 days watching you create. I will do it discreetly so as not to distract you. Just kidding about the 2 days. Maybe for a short time though to get some great helpful hints. How many more sleeps?
Wahoo 22 more sleeps! I'm in for dinner @ brewsters. I'm also interested in images swaps etc... except I'm not exactly sure what's on my list now. Kyla I will be ordering Words by Wilson this weekend so I will bring it if I get it on time and you can feel free to play with it. (I also have Unfrogettable and will be bringing it, and Birthday Banter which is just fun).
I'm hoping someone will have Roses in Winter so I can play with it and see if I need to buy it or not before it retires.
OMG where do I start!! You ladies amaze me with all of your knowledge! Looks like Demetre will have a large cc debit after the weekend!
I am going to have to print off all this info and mapquest it for sure! I just hope I don't get lost in Calgary Thank you thank you thank you!!!
Renaissanceger -
As soon as I kow the plans for the weeknd I will email you for sure! D still hasn't decided if we are staying Friday nite or just travelling down on Sat morning for the day. Have to be home Saturday nite for a surprise bday party that was a surprise for everyone - not just the bday boy!
Thank you so much for (hopefully) bringing words by wilson (I would like to play with the set before buying !) as well as frogettable! That frogggie is so cute!!
Anne-Marie
Looks like paper pastimes and scrapbookers paradise will be seeing a new customer! Yaaa. They sould like great stores. I will also have to stop by scrapbooker s bliss if I have time as well - not really sure eve how long I will have to shop yet. Hmmm maybe I can convince him to drive down Thrusday nite instead!
I'm hoping someone will have Roses in Winter so I can play with it and see if I need to buy it or not before it retires.
one of my shoebox swaps has RIW in it.
It will ENABLE you to see it in action.
That will ENABLE you to see if you will like it.
That way I can ENABLE you to make a decision...
I love RIW!
and
I'm an enabler.

Does anyone know a CTMH Consultant in this area? I really, really want the new Catty and some papers from them.
Thanks Gals
Have a great night, I hope the sun is out tomorrow, I'm dang tired of this ran. Although it's enabled be to get most of my swaps ready and just alittle more cutting tonight and I will be done. Just have to work on the secret gift swap.
I'm so excited for the 26th.
Annemarie you can get the mounting foam for sure at scrapbookers paradise in the south. I just bought a sheet last week. Paper pastimes also sells it sometimes but you should phone them before going as they don't always have it in stock. HTH
Thanks! The store in the North occassionally has it to but it's hit and miss on whether they have it in stock and it usually sells out the day thaey get it in :( I'll call the south store!

Thanks AnneMarie. It would be awesome if you brought it along.
I would love to sell and buy stuff, but agree with you Ruth that Peg and Diane have enough to organize. What if you wanted to sell stuff you had your things on your own table and that way, you can take the money yourself right away or wheel and deal. Just my suggestion.
OMG(osh) yeah! I NEVER in a million years assumed it would be Peggy or Diane handling that. Way toooo much organization LOL!
I'm driving up so I don't mind popping my box o' goodies in the trunk. I have photocopies of all the sets in a binder that I could leave on my table and if any one's interested we could talk one on one after all the fun stamping and swapping of course. :-D
Just a note ... I'm not going to be offended if we decide not to do buy/sell/trade ;)

I dont think there is any place that sells it here.. or calgary.. you will have to order it.. how many you need? I have some.. I can sell it to you at the price I got it (5.50 a sheet)
.
Thanks I'll call the south Scapbookers paradise to see if they have it first - wouldn't want to deplete your stock I seem to have quite a few that need mounting. I've aquired some REALLY old stampin up sets that are mounted on foam blocks that I want to trim and re-mount onto wood or acrylic blocks.

jlmcbain does CTMH and she is in Millet. She's on SCs once in awhile.

I have a box of new non SU stamps priced really cheap for a garage sale - I'll bring those - we can always sell out of the trunk of the car haha!
Yeah, there may also be some 'rule' that precludes sale of stuff on Campus so either the trunk of the car or our hotel rooms may have to be used FSOT!!!
AnneMarie, you are far too organized I've always thought it would be great to have things in a binder--just like I've always thought it would be great to have my workshop in order , LOL
Joanne, just wear a trench coat and have them hanging inside
Forgot to mention that I have a few CTMH stamps if anyone needs to stamp some of them.

Don't you think it will be a bit suspicous a bunch of women selling things out of the trunks of their cars in the parking lot? The police might bust us, and how to explain that! (sorry, I couldn't resist, I just had this vision of us getting frisked like on one of those COPS shows........;) )
im in for frisking hahah er i mean.. umm nevermind carry on!

Peggy/Robin, I thought this was a female only Extravaganza? Frisking?
Ah, NO! Unless of course your MYSTERY SURPRISE is some of the OTHER gender.
Ahum, ahum, ahum. Just kidding. Yes, really.
All women just gabbing, scrapping and stamping will be more than enough fun.
I'm all for the frisking too- I think there are lots of women attending this who wouldn't mind being frisked by big burly cops. Now, all we need to do is call the tips line and tell them there is something shady going on at GMCC on the May 26th weekend, and to look out for the women wearing trench coats....
Right- gotta go out and get myself a trenchcoat right now- one with lots of pockets....
Nancy, would you bring your Bella(s) with you when you come? If anyone else out there with Bellas and would not mind sharing them, would you bring them too, please?

Ok,, ok, DH has been away for 2 weeks, so no more talk of 'big and burly' anything. Hmmm - maybe I had better go for coffee at Timmies this morning. After all, it IS located right beside the police station.
geee.. I thought you said grabbing, Regina..hahahaha
yup ladies, the mystery event is male "exotic" dancers while we stamp and scrap... HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT? that right ladies, bring your loonies, toonies, and 5-billers.. hahahahah

If that's the case, then yes, change it to grabbing. Being a single mother and all. Can always dream can't I? Actually I prefer dreaming, it goes away when you wake up.
so does men, if you play the right cards... hahahhaha the beauty of one nighters.. hahahah

Ooh- Robin, I'd join you at the Timmies in a heartbeat- its a lot more fun than trying to hunt down my adhesive stash as I am running out of it and I *know* I bought some awhile back but I can't seem to find it...
Is anyone doing anything special for NATIONAL SCRAPBOOKING DAY?
Peggy, I have another question. Oh, No you say, not another one. Anyhow, here goes....on the card front please confirm that we make the whoe thing and then it is just a swap right. No just organizing it and someone else doing all the work. We do the whole thing up and just swap it.....that is what I need to know.
Thanks,
Judy
