This sounds just like the 'pencil over ink' technique, which was a TLChallenge at one time (#61 - I think)...anyway, if you do a search for that TLC you will get a boatload of samples. HTH.

Well...to me it looks as if there are 2 parallel...

Well...to me it looks as if there are 2 parallel slits cut on the front of the card. Then the truck is probably mounted on a bellyband slider which in turn is glued to the tag.

I use a dried out blender pen, dipped in baby oil to blend....now I haven't tried Gamsol, so I can't compare the two, but I do like the effect with baby oil!!
