The wind is crazy here and we have blowing ice crystals. It rained for the past four hours but now it is freezing. Good thing I did all my running around yesterday because I don't think we are going far today.
I take the post number from my last chatter box post...to the last post I see ...then I hit random.org and whatever number comes up is the post number of the chatterbox winner
so Connie (stamp300) is the chatter box winner with 2 points
Congrats Connie, way to go. Look at you rack up those points. Wonder what I can do to get extra points...hmmmm. Kathy/Lynn do you like chocolate...hmmmm

Do I like chocolate? That's like asking if the Pope is Catholic! Although like is too mild a term for my relationship with chocolate! BUT having said that, I am trying to stay away from it so no extra points for chocolate!
I am giving an extra 2 points this week. Stay tuned to see how!
OK fess up...you cannot leave us in suspenders like that!!!
OK so we have some victims huh....mmmuuuhhhhaaaa
Kathy will host next week (January 21)
Paola (sama) will host the week afterwards( January 28 )
Connie (stamp300) will host afterwards(feb 4)
Dea(stamperamma) will host( Feb 11)
Just an FYI for you all. I have decided that as Lynn's sidekick, I am NOT going to take points for myself. I sure would feel funny if I won and it wouldn't look very good would it? LOL So you have one less point competitor, and that's a good thing, right? Also, if you don't mind, I'm going to give my 2 points this week to Donna since she is away. That way she won't be so far behind....
Then maybe you should give the 2 extra points to more than one person....
Sorry, but I only have two points this week of my own to give away and since Donna would make a card if she were home, I wanted to keep her from falling so far behind us. You still have all day to get yours done...push push push! ;)
Gone a day and look what happens! Hostesses revealed, Kathy gives her points away, Connie is a chatterbox, Donna gets points from Kathy, Kathy has a relationship with chocolate, Kerra ate the whipped cream, Lynn is up early playing with random generator, toooo much fun happening while I was shopping!
'Fraid it wasn't very exciting! Took 2 of my grandsons and their mom (my DD) to Benihana's for lunch, then grandma stopped at Michaels and got some TH ball chains and a package of buttons on sale from the wedding department; then on to the mall where grandma got some bath and body works stuff, 8 year old grandson went to Zumies and got some shoes, jacket, shirt, etc. DD starts a new job tomorrow and needed some scrubs (she begins work for an inhome care giver company), oldest grandson got a belt, he wasn't much into shopping! THEN, grandma went to Archivers and did the make n take (a necklace using the ephiany punches and charms...had to have so that was my big purchase along with some cardstock. Stopped at Starbucks before the 2 hour drive home!

I wish we had an Archivers or Hobby Lobby around here. I think I would have to travel three hours at least for Hobby Lobby and even more for Archivers. I don't travel well. My car seats are not comfortable.
I have never heard of either store. Oh what we don't have in Canada. Ottawa is terrible we have michaels and one stamp store. The stamp store is great she carries a huge variety but her prices are beyond my budget.
Omy Dea you have been a busy girl.. Put me to shame.. I have managed to get up.. make my coffee and check my web sites.... lol.
Very over cast here and about -3 C...
Great group of people ready to step up to host... anxious to see what is coming up next.

I have two Michaels (one 15 minutes away, the other 35 minutes away) and one ACMoore (15 minutes away). My favorite LSS is 40 minutes away but she has awesome prices and products! I also have a scrapbooking store about 20 minutes away, but mostly all she has is paper. I guess I am lucky to have that.
We've had 2 LSS close around here that were SO big! (unfortunately it was over 1 hour from me, so I couldn't get there often)! Then another one closed & has gone mobile. We have a small LSS about 20-25 minutes from my house, but they don't have much on there. She says she is still building up...
There is one other one about 30 minutes from here, but it is very expensive!! When the store was larger, they had more DP, but now there's not as much (they do have quite a few stamps). Since they are expensive, I won't get much there...

I have a Michaels 30 minutes away by highway that never has stock...If I take the other highway it is 1.5 hours and they have stock...from there another 20 minutes away is the third has a ton of stock but no one who knows any thing and the worst chase-out system ever!
