I can make March 6th. My February is crazy, and I hope to be back to normal by March. Janet, I would be happy to send a card. Send me your friends address.
Kim, March 6th would be a great time for you to join us. Having it at Barnes and Noble gives us almost unlimited space. I am not sure, but I think we can bring in food. The thing we can't do for sure is sell anything on the property. No cash can change hands in the building (but they don't notice if we do it on the parking lot. Let us know if you need details.

Hi everyone!
We have March 6 available at Barnes & Noble--their Community Room, in Crestwoood. Hooray! Now all we have to do is show up! I am excited! The rules are no inside solicitations, and no brought-in food. We need to leave the room as we found it, clean and straightened. We are welcome to use the B&N cafe for food and drinks if we wish. Here is the list of attendees so far:
Napoli01
grandma6
Itsinmi
Stampinchic
Jill with a G
Deelite
SimplySusan
Kimbobess
I will add names as you post you can make it! It will be great to see everyone Saturday March 6th! How about a theme of: Technique! Choose a technique you think is fun, such as emboss resist, crayon resist, brayering, coloring-Copics! 0r gamsol, or Big Shot embossing and diecutting, or anything new you think would be fun! I have an idea already! It was a technique shown here on SCS in the Inkling! Felted paper! Very fun!
See y'all on the 6th of March!
Oh I forgot to post the time on Saturday March 6th at Barnes & Noble Crestwood. The time will be from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. I booked it an hour longer than we usually post. Does that sound good for everyone? Hope to see lots of us there!!

Sure, the theme is Any Technique! What is your favorite technique? Is it a sketch? Is it a coloring technique like with Copics or Art pencils and blending? Do you like to Brayer? Sponge? Paper Piece? Piercing? Scoring? Embossing? Resisting? Neat folds? Something with pretty papers? Learned something new and want to share? Created something of your own and want the rest to see? Got an old favorite you want to revisit? You get the idea! Share a fun technique!
If you need directions to Barnes & Noble just PM me, but you can also google Barnes & Noble Crestwood Mo, and the directions are right there! See y'all soon!
Thank you to those who sent a card to Sharon. She is doing well and hopes to go home in another week. She has a more positive attitude thanks to all the cards.
Oh Julie, sorry you and Autumn can't make it! Crops are fun! We will miss you, but I know you will have a good time Cropping in Collinsville! We can commit to see everyone then in April I hope! Everyone who can though are very welcome to join us at Barnes & Noble in Crestwood, March 6th from 1:00 to 5:00!! See ya then!
Gillian, I have 2 ladies that would like to join us on the 6th. Danette, who was at my house time before last, and Diane. If it is a problem adding them to the list, let me know. Sad about the food thing, but I did bring in my own drink once, and no one said anything. So the word is eat before we come or use the snack bar there.
I like that you booked it an hour longer, and I love the theme. Great idea.
See ya then.

I am so bummed ladies ): Maybe if no one wants next month I can host it. I still want to serve you all chocolate fondue! I will probably make the cheese one too (: Oh, and now I can teach Copics (:
Please add me to the list for March 6th. I'm excited about being able to come. Now I just need to find the time to create a card between now and then. The other night, I managed to work on a card for the first time this year.
Melissa, it will be great to see you. I bet your stamping time is limited right now, with Joel wanting so much attention at his young age. Bet he is starting to do some really cute things.
Look forward to seeing you. (don't forget to bring pics)

13 so far. Keep watching the posts to know how many to cut for, as this number can shrink or grow as things in life happen! Looking forward to that Saturday!!
Plan on cutting for 14-15. I know B&N has plenty of room.
If you are having trouble with a technique, just make a card of any kind! You know we have fun no matter what!
Or...if you really want to try a technique, go to the Resources tab at the very top of the SCS pages like Forums, look along the top edge before you enter, and hit the Resource tab. That's where I found the technique I want to do!
Hi girls! can I add a friend? I am bringing my friend Jaime if its OK - she is too nervous to design a card, so I am just going to do it for her! That way she will come and see how much fun we are! PS - we have to leave by 4:30 - I have to sell girl scout cookies with my daughter at our booth at Schnucks off Butler Hill.

Your friend is welcome and she will have a great time!
Cool if you have to leave early! Glad you will be there!
Hi all,
In planning, you might want to cut for 15 for sure, and maybe one more just in case! Hooray!
I invited a friend who has seen my cards and our creations, but she has never card crafted before. She may not show up because of an earlier obligation but I invited her anyway if she can make it. She just wants to watch.
This is great!
See y'all then!
I have another person who is interested in attending. Is there still room? I know it is very late to be asking this.....she is new to the area and is interested in getting back into her stamping.
