I wish I could see blogspot blogs from work. I did see last night about your challenge Tiffany. It will interesting if I can pull it off. 4 different types of paper, I am going to try.
I'll be finishing my challenge card today, and hopefully getting it up on my blog by this evening.
a few of you haven't visited my blog yet - I hope that you can stop by sometime soon for a cuppa! ;) I know it isn't great, but it is a work in progress - kinda like me! grins!

Well I am just getting to posting my first challenge card! I hope I get to try the second one. Just wanted to let you know that I may be slow at visiting you blogs over the next few weeks but I will make up for it later. Will try to get to everyone this weekend. Next week I will have surgery and will be in the hospital for 3 to 5 days. Should start feeling better after two weeks or so and then I should have plenty of time to play at the computer drooling over your creations.
Am I the only one out there using dial up? We don't have high speed in the area and satellite service is tricky in the mountains.
BTW I grew up in Ohio. I have not had a chance to post lately with the flurry of doctor appts.
Paula I will be praying for you. If you can keep us updated. Nillysilly you have a great blog. If I could see from work I'd go right now but my computer has blogs blocked. <sigh>
good luck on your surgery paula. We will be thinking of you and praying. please come and update us when you can. I'm gonna work on the challenge this weekend. This week at work has been a mad house. :rolleyes:
Thanks ladies for your concern. I really appreciate the prayers! Surgery is scheduled for 4 PM eastern time Tuesday. This is my last post for a little while. I'll try and get something set on my blog to post automatically. That way you won't be bored for so long.
I just posted my card for challenge #2 & #3. I am hosting for #3 (it is 2 days early cuz I know I will forget). I combined my cards for the challenge! Have fun playing
ARe we doing the challenges every week? I made a card for challenge 2 but have not posted it yet. I will after work hopefully after I run all my errands.

Hi Every one-it seems I'm not keeping up with the thread here and missed the challenges and all the chatter, I have been trying to visit everyone and to keep my blog updated-I hope this is enough participation. Is there some way other then reading this thread to keep up on the group? I need some more time efficient ways. I'm going to click the e-mail notification for the thread is that how everyone is tracking this stuff?

Just wanted to say I was thinking about you paula. I get email updates too otherwise, this thread gets lost with all the others. :rolleyes: I'm gonna try and work on challenge #3 soon. It's just been a crazy busy week at work and I've been too tired to play when I get home.
I'm baaack! I am at home now and look forward to catching up on all of the blogs. Thanks for all of the thoughts and prayers! Things went well. We are just waiting on some of the pathology reports. I should be cropping my little heart out soon and get back to the challenges since I won't be able to much of anything else for a few months.
As far as workshops and classes go..... many of this group are demonstrators or do design work for some of the stamp companies. So we usually have a network of other croppers to bounce ideas etc. off of. You may be able to find a demonstrator for some of these companies in your area to learn more.
So ladies-would it be chetting to ask someone to tell me what the challenges have been and when they were posted-I've been wasting more time tring to figure this all out and get caught up. I see one was to use four patterned papers-I'd rather surf blogs then trudge through old posts. Help? please?

Hi Anne, the first challenge was hosted by Me, and it was to use ribbons and polka dots, the second challenge was to use 4 patterned papers, and the 3rd challenge was a sketch challenge. HTH
