Two of my four children have the flu! Sorry my postings have been once a week. My children are really demanding little sick people. Hope everyone is doing well!
well, I would love to stay in, but I guess that I would be considered one of the slackers when it comes down to it. I do have a useable computer now, even though our main one isn't repaired yet, but I do have very serious health issues that won't get resolved. I stamp when I can and post when I can and go to everyone else's blog as I can, but that doesn't make me very reliable when all is said and done.
So perhaps for the sake of the group I should pull out. What do all of you think? I will truly respect whatever you decide, as I know how frustrating it is to not have some members ever visit your blog.
I for one would love to see you stay! Your comments are always so encouraging. I understand the computer issues!

I am thinking i might leave this group as I don't seem to have the time but I will be checking all of your blogs out still and updating mine if you still want to check mine out.

Jennifer, you of all people should stay. You have so many issues yet you are so dependable to make rounds. If people followed your lead, there wouldn't be any issues with head counts in my opinion.
Molly I really like your Blog and Oh my is your baby CUTE or what!!!! Congratulations on such a sweetie :-D I have four so I am a little baby crazy, LOL.

I'm still in if you all can forgive my visits until the 15th of April. I've been trying to do better but the deadline is getting closer! I will keep everyone that was on my list previously but if you decide to add new ones, I'll put them on my list as well!

I think part of the issue has been with folks not visiting and commenting on other people's blogs. I know for certain of one member who has only been to my blog once this whole time and yet still keeps up her blog. not sour grapes, just the reality of it all. (not that I have had any room to talk with my illnesses and broken computer situations)
add me as another who will greatly miss you! but I will add you to my blogroll if that is okay and continue to visit you and your wonderful blog! I hope that all is okay with you and your lovely fam.

I have found that only about half of the group has been visiting my blog regularly since Christmas yet they are still blogging. Several members rarely ever comment.

The other half of you have posted a lot on my blog and friendships have already been formed and that is what this is all about isn't? Sharing what you love with others who have the same passion? We need to all be on the same page to be a good group.

Get this, I just went out to one of our blog group blogs and none of us are even listed on the sidebar of their blog. Nothing at all about our group. Can you believe that? Is that sneaky or what and it is one that never visits? They are off my blog list now!
Ladies I will go through and check the blogs out. I will be pming you personally asking if you would like to stay or give up you spot. If there are any other things that need to brought to our attention, please PM and let me know.
I am just going to copy the original post of the group guidelines, please make sure you are fulfilling your obligations. I understand there may be a week or two where we are busy and cannont make it, just let us know we will understand. As for anyone who has not posted in a while or does not have the links to other members on their blog, please look into this. Thank You!
Here's how it works:
I am thinking 20 or so bloggers (group 1 has 25 members) who only blog about paper crafts, AND leave comments regularly on other members blogs.update weekly and are willing to post the links to the other group members blogs on your blog.
Group 1 has been working out really well. We are now in the process of getting snail mail addresses for all the members so we can send cards
I'm still in-I have been a little busy and haven't made my rounds this last week-I don't visit the blogs that no one has posted to since my last time around-I can't spare the time to just say hi if there is nothing new posted.
Jennifer I added you on. I just removed the names of people that I had not seen a reply from on the forum. Sorry I missed your post. Once I hear from the members I will place the names back on the list. Just trying to keep it organized that's all.

I try to keep posting in spite of the tumors and all the problems that go with them. I have had 2 staf infections from ruptured cysts in the past month and a half, both life threatning - but still try to not let that keep me from enjoying life to the best of my ability. I have 3 teenage boys watching me for my reaction to the negative things that life tosses my way, and I am constantly aware of that. Plus I truly believe that God is in control regardless of how yucky it may become. anyhow, enough of that.
I have truly enjoyed getting to know all of you and will continue to visit your beautiful blogs!

hey Kryssi! yanno what? I didn't even NOTICE that the blog lists were missing! LOL Well, when I redid my website, I ended up staying up til' 3:30 in the am having to re-add all my blog group and shopping links :rolleyes: But, I was concerned that ppl. would get worried that I was including them and I didn't want that to happen. So, I can see where there would be concern about your site. No biggie though! Just get them up as soon as you can IMO. ;) BTW! I know you visit my site on a regular basis b/c I'm always reading your comments. thanks!
