COOL!!! 2 of the digi pages I did the other night fit perfectly into this category!! 1 was taken in Colorado and the other in WV....

Misti - I find that I have to turn my flash off on my camera to get a good pictures of photos -- otherwise I get glare too. My pics are not perfect, but they tend to be a lot better than what they were. Give that a try and see if it might help.

Has it really been three days since anyone posted?! Wow, either life has taken over or you girls are scrapping up huge storms! Yesterday I cleaned up, unpacked, generally 'dung-ed out' my scrap room.......the baby is down for a nap, I've cleaned, done laundry, baked cookies, did some preschool with DS3 and am now giving myself the 'all clear' to sit at my scrap table and create! I am so excited and my personal goal is three pages today.....got to get over that next hump in my tally...it's taunting me..... ;-)

Finally getting a chance to scan in this layout and upload. It is for Lela's IFC challenge this week: Lovely Landscapes
It's a dps which I don't do too often. But since I had so many photos of the same area I created a collage in PSE for the second page and featured just one photo on the first page.

I am just so....shocked. I thought challenging myself to one page a day would be a long and arduous year.....but really, there is such freedom in asking of myself 'just one' each day..... really, really freeing....and then once you get going I found myself being more brave and more daring, and finally cracking into those 'favourite kits that I bought cause they are too pretty to use" ......it has been a real GIFT, this Challenge of Lela's!!!!!!!

Wendy - thanks for all your input. Actually, I have to admit, I'm not a scrapbooker -- just learning. I have done some pages -- but I really want to get at it and do lots. I only have 3 pages uploaded onto this site.
Congrats on the 602 pages so far this year Kristin!!! Wow, I might reach that total in my lifetime.
