You can do it ladies!! The cards/project for the tutorials are so fun and do not take that much time!! The nugget cake takes the longest if you are decorating it a lot but it makes a great gift!
The tea lights are so darling and would make fantastic little gifts for friends without spending lots of money! They just looks so adorable with their noses lite!!
Thanks to all who responded regarding the "mystery component". I thought that I'd read everything, but missed the blurb about when the mystery would be revealed. I'll go back and re-read now. I'll also (hopefully) be able to make at least a few things for this group of challenges. I was SOOOO looking forward to this event, but life doesn't always cooperate... Thanks again!
I guess what got me confused was the wording that the secret component would be revealed during that catch up week. And since I already knew we had to also do five of the tutorials, I was thinking we were going to get one more component to qualify..

That's what I thought it was, too - to complete 5 of the tutorials, because I hadn't seen that on there at the beginning. I need to do some serious stamping to catch up, I think!!
I guess we'll find out next week! I thought the main YETTI status was to do all the challenges and 5 of the 10 tutorials. Then the mystery component!

Yep, for YETI status, all challenges + 5 tutorials. When we first posted, we hadn't mentioned the tutorial component, so that was the mystery. All is now revealed!

Note to self -ALWAYS wear gloves for anything involving reinkers! Heading out to a working lunch with blue hands. On a positive note I have a bunch of backgrounds ready when I get back.

Every time I refill a copic, I make a mess all over my hands.
With all the baking talk in this thread I think I might have to turn on my oven today....I love cookies but don't feel like that much effort..I do have a box of Trader Joe's Pumpkin bread mix in my cupboard...hmm...sounds tempting :p Perhaps I'll do that after my trip to the "Y" this afternoon ;)

That is why I get some of the glove packs (clear gloves, 100 per pack) at Dollar Tree store in the area with tools. Work so well!! And $1 for a pack is a great price!

I bought some of those, but I seem to refill only as needed & I'm in the middle of coloring an image. I need to have a refilling session, but I'd rather color! LOL
Funny post. I hate it when things go missing. BTW they recently remade the movie And Then There Were None. I didn't see it so I may have to order the DVD.

Got four more done! I'm going to have to pull out the pressure cooker for supper because I stayed downstairs too long yet again!BTW-I just noticed (Hopefully everyone else has been reading directions better than I) that the uploading directions are different for the tutorials. They're to go into the Technique Gallery-Holiday Blitz Gallery instead of the Events-Falliday Fest Gallery. I'll have to go back and move my twist gate fold card.

I didn't do that..how do I change it?? How do I edit it to put it in the Technique Gallery?:confused:
I don't see where you can change the gallery...you can change the category...help...where do you change the gallery??
Change the category is what you want then you have to scroll down until you get to Technique gallery then scroll down through that to Holiday Blitz and Scroll until you get to the particular technique for that card.
Gallery loading ?....do we need the keyword in our title too? I'm seeing it done and I know I did it for HYCT but is it necessary? I do have the keyword in the other area where we list stuff for the upload.
