When I saw Martha's post, I had an inspiration. As the 100th Member to sign up, she is getting a goody envelope to get her on her way. I'm going to do the same for the 200th person who signs up.... and so on.

Yes, I will! This is the year I really need to pare down my spending, as I have to pay off some debts before I retire. The date of my retirement will depend on when I get my debts paid off. And of coarse, my youngest DD is also getting married this year. It will be on a shoestring budget, but it will still cost$$.

Just think if each of us made 1 extra card per month to send to a Nursing home, or OWH, that would be 101 cards a month!
Does anyone know of a Nursing Home Project? I had info on one a few years ago, not so much for cards though, they were asking for lap blankets.

If anyone does know of a nursing home that would like some Christmas cards, let me know. I have a bunch of ones with glitter on them that were donated to me and I can't give them to OWH. We had a stamp store in town that would collect cards for the local hospice but the store is now closed.
Tomorrow I'l going to do my 10 January cards. Today is my family's (37 of us) Christmas get together or I would be down in the craft room right now!!!!!

I was blown away by the numbers when I signed up last night, and Yes, thank-you, Kelly, you do ROCK!!
I'd gladly donate cards if someone has information on that.
Our local stamp stores are having New Year Day sales today, tho I've really cut back on purchasing supplies, so it's off to that then it's back home to begin work on cards for the month!

The link in your signature is to your gallery as a whole.
You do need to leave the links in the monthly threads though..

Who do you send cards to?
When it comes to family, do you send to all the Aunts and Uncles? Cousins...
Or is it siblings, grand parents, nieces and nephews????
I don't send hand made cards to relatives, they're not worth the effort however I do send hand made cards to all my friends, both real life and on line.
I also send a dozen each to the Australian Arm, Police and Ambulance service just to let them know I appreciate what they do for us.
And being the total fan girl I am, I send a Christmas card to the cast of my favourite TV show, Castle
Please sign me up for CCC! I didn't do it last year and I regret it! I did it the year before and it was so nice to have most of my Christmas cards done before the holidays! I'm in - I've been a card making fool lately - I can't seem to STOP making them. And I'm loving my Christmas and Snowflake/men supplies to death right now!
JCI I'm actually accomplishing something today. Thinking I need to brave the cold and go feed the birds. They're quite active in the sunlight today... even though it's only 32 out. Silly birds.
