Well all, I just got back from my house in NC. We had a sit down dinner for 27 folks last weekend, so I just left the two biggest tables set up for 14. I am looking forward to having a house full of stampers, and my hubby will be glad he will be missing it I am sure!
Be on the look out for a PM from me for your email address so I can send you the registration form.
Any new additions, friends, etc?

Nancy, my drive was 12.5 because of all the stops yesterday back to Boston. Two teens and two dogs make you stop too much, they think they need food, and the car thinks it needs gas! GEEZ!!! If I didn't have to stop I can make it there in 10.5 hours. Or I can fly in 1.5 hours with no tolls. I am flying my hubby home from Raleigh tomorrow so he didn't have to ride with us and all the stuff.

Mapquest says 10.75 hours from my house. We are pretty good travelers... stop minimally and get good time. I'm pretty sure Gayla would come along...... I'm sure she's just waiting for me to say yes.... but I was hoping for someone (or 2 someones) to come along to share gas/tolls etc. I'm guessing it'll be about $150 round trip not including food and shopping. What's your sign up deadline again??

Andi~ I'm in! I will be bringing my 'Mini-me' (see avatar) unless I can get my hubby to take the day off (but don't count on it!) I will bring some kind of yummy, decadent dessert too!
You are so welcome. How exciting it must be. One of these days maybe I'll get up the nerve to try something like that. Right now life keeps getting in the way.
Andi - I just pm'd you with the info so there's 1 less you have to bother with.

Scrappy, we'll be bringing DGD as well. She won't be able to stamp quite yet though she really likes the rubber. As soon as I can figure this all out I'll post a pic of her playing with it.
Andi, I'll be thinking on something to bring. I can't decide if I want to do something savory or something else. I'll have to talk with DD1 & see what she's got on her mind as well. We'll let you know soon.

How does everyone feel about spicy? Not sure what I will bring just checking out my options though...
Nancy--It takes me about 3 tanks of gas one way! Do your best to stay off of 95 for as long as possible...Its always busy around DC and Fredricksburg. I can send you an email with my route...even though I head more east and you are starting more west than I ever do! Excited you guys are probably coming!

Can we get any of the other girlz to join in?

I HOPE SO! Lets ask some of them tommorrow!
Yeah, I get 17 in Fredricksburg...but I am toying with the idea of taking 66(or is it 6 from Richmond so that I am on 95 less. I know I've done it before, so I'm not sure why I stopped. There is super cheap gas at Carmel Church so that might have been why. But after my horrible experience coming up this time I'm over the cheap gas. ;)

I'm going to need some suggestions. We (DH, DD (2 yr old) and I) will be arriving in Raleigh on Fri 2/5. We will need to find a low cost but clean motel for 2 nights, plus any suggestions for local activities for DH to keep the little one busy while we are stamping (movies, indoor playground (called Kid's Kingdom or Jumpin' Jakes up here), outdoor playground if the weather isn't too cold). Oh, and my food contribution has to be store-bought, since I won't have access to a kitchen.
I have always had trouble with spelling Raleigh, so I guess this thread will fix that!
