Since I use my stazon all the time for watercoloring, I decided to try something different today. I stamped on drywall mesh and shrink plastic. Fun, fun, fun! Here's my meshy stazon.
Julia, have you been spying on me? I made some plexiglass tiles stamped with StazOn a few weeks ago & was just telling myself that I HAD to go ahead and do something with them TODAY. Then I read the challenge for today. I also incorporate a cool variation (I think?) of the polished stone technique. I love the way these cards turned out. They were killer to try to photograph, though (either the flash made a big glare or the colors washed out & you couldn't see any of the gold). But finally.... here they are. Thanks for the extra push!
When I worked at the scrapbook store, the manager said this to a customer, "you need to buy this Staz-on, it stays on everything". When the customer asked more questions about the ink, she kept repeating her answer. She didn't know any more then that about it. I just rolled my eyes and went back to work. I don't think the customer bought it because the mgr didn't know anything about the ink.

Can't wait to play. I've got to decide what to do for this. Be back in a bit! Thanks for another great challenge, Julia!

My challenge card is for a friend who loves shopping on Black Friday. When I saw the challenge I was so excited, because I just *rediscovered* these acrylic slides I bought ages ago and have never used. So I used black Stazon to stamp on them - not for the faint of heart. A VERY slickery surface. Fun challenge, though. Thanks Julia!
Here's one that I did using Stazon a while ago. I'm working late tonight so no stamping for me. . .then again, I'm also cleaning out my stamp room so I'll have lots of clean space to stamp :-)
I just got a few photo stamps and have never used any before. They look so real when stamped on glossy white paper, but they sure are hard to photograph without capturing the glare! Lakeshore Dreams
Thanks for looking!
After a little practice, I'm getting so I can stamp on plastics with Stazon and not smear. ModgePodge is the next step, but have to untie the knots and retie when dried. Another project done for a craft show--wish I could get another of the clipboards, this one came from my credit union. The yellow was a little hard to work with, but I think the autumn colors word fairly well. Autumn Colored Clipboard
This was a challenge for WT80 where you had to use Stazon. I used black stazon and watercolored my images with ink from lids and WWC. It's entitled, Old an New.

As usual, this was a great challenge. I have several colors of stazon, and go through periods when I use them more than others. As soon as I saw the challenge, I knew what I wanted to do. Here is mine...
Love your challenges. And I really enjoy using Stazon. I decided to try something a little different for a Halloween card. Wanted to use Stazon on acetate. So here is my Halloween card on acetate.

This one was very difficult for me. I printed blocks on acetate, ran through the xyron, painted in colors with pearl ex, inkables, etc. Pasted on card and stamped all the stitches with stazon black. Stamped Noel with 4 different colors of stayzon. Then colored stamp with gel pens. Stamped name with black stazon. It doesn't sound so hard when I put it this way. It was a lot of fun.

I made this card and realized it fit with this challenge. I also used it for Jen's LSC of brown snowflakes. Better late than never, Iguess! Here is mine
