StazOn is a permanent fast drying solvent ink. It can be used on non porous stuff as well as paper. I use it when watercoloring or using prismacolor & gamsol; anything I don't want to worry about the ink running or smudging.

Think of it as a Sharpie in ink pad form. Chemically, the ink is actually very similar.
