As Sharon said, you are in the right forum for Virtual Stamp Night. Follow the link she shared, and you will see each separate challenge thread, the shopping list, and more.

Players upload to the VSN gallery (instructions are in each challenge thread) and then add a link from the gallery to the challenge thread. Is that the part you are unsure of? Have you ever shared a gallery link (your gallery is LOVELY!) If not, one of us can "talk" you through the process sometime.

We don't have VSN as often as every couple of months, just 3 events each year. BUT, each one is introduced by a "Mini" VSN about a month before.

Lee (LuvLee), Misti (Scraperwannabe) and I are the current VSN Mods. We come up with an overall theme, and do a hostess call-out ahead of time. Most VSN's have a combo of experienced and new hostesses.

We used to have a very short time frame to complete the challenges (Fri-Mon) but now we extend it an extra week. Players do not have to complete all of the challenges, but there are special prizes.

VSN combines challenges based on theme, techniques, sketches, and inspiration. I encourage you to read about our recent event to get an idea. Here is a link to the thread with all of the challenges listed:

I've done quite a bit of reading to get things figured out by the time the next VSN comes along, but what I can't figure out is: How do you find out when the next one is? Am I looking in the right place?

Hi, I'm trying to find the supply list for the VSN tonight. Can someone point me in the right direction? The last list I'm able to find is from 2020.

Hi Jeanette! Actually we usually only post a shopping list for more unique items and we are just posting that now for the Main VSN in March. For tonight I don't think there's anything particularly special needed.

BUT.... you bring up a GREAT idea! I think we'll work on a basic VSN supply list that will cover VSN stamping and then the shopping list will remain for the more unique items! So look for a basic supply list after this weekend for future prep!

When in March is the VSN? I've never attended and a little lost to be honest but I'm trying to navigate and read past posts to figure it all out! Thank you!

So glad to have you here! March 19 and 20 are the VSN for this round. If you are subscribed to the general VSN forum then you'll get alerts whenever any post goes up there including the challenges! And please don't hesitate to ask anything at all!!

In a Word Mini VSN: Friday, February 18 (these challenges are hosted by the mods)
In a Word Main VSN: Friday, March 25 & Saturday, March 26

It seems like the Mini VSNs always open with the first challenge at 5 PM EST.

I don't see the link for the water in june challenge.,where you link your card.

Barbara, you do not need a Fan Club membership to join VSN. All you need to do is be in the VSN challenge forum. During VSN, the challenges will post on the hour (i.e. 2 PM, 3 PM, etc.). You do not need to sign up for anything. Just show up in the forum!

VSN = Virtual Stamp Night - The next Virtual Stamp Night will be March 31st and April 1st

Any forum where you see acronyms, feel free to ask what that acronym stands for, we are happy to explain.

It seems about time for one. I am eagerly awaiting information.

There's information for Fan Club members on 2 sneak peek challenges I just found. It could lead me to think something is happening the end of the month!

Those are old sneak peeks from 2023. It makes sense that it should happen in March as that seems to be the date it has been happening in years past. The Archives show December, June, March or April in past years. Would be nice to see a schedule for this year.

Well...I was quite proud of my finding! I even had ideas for cards. Bummer.
