Default Folded Tree Card

Does anyone have the directions for the Folded Tree Card from SU! Chicago Regionals? I went to regionals in Minneapolis, but we did not see this card. Love it!! It looks fairly simple, but specific measurements would be great!! Thanks!!

I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but I found this website with a folded tree card: http://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/LESSONS/xmascard_2.htm

Default Folded Tree Card

Sorry Laura, that is not the one. I would love to know how to make it also. There is one on Split Coast, but now I can't find it. Help would be appreciated. Lynn

Hi,

I know which one you are talking about but I don't know how to post a link to a thread. I found it again by searching the Techniques forum for "origami". Try that.

I've already made several of these since then and I LOVE it!

I did one in my gallery

Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

sizes of DS Paper
cut them at 3x3, 2 1/2, 2x2, 1 1/2

Fold them all as follows

fold in 1/2 open up
fold diagonal open
fold diagonal other way open up and lay flat
now fold in the sides so you have what looks like a triangle
fold left and right sides of the triangle in towards the middle

repeat with other pieces

stack on top of each other to form the tree
