From what she says in her comments... it appears the spider is stamped on a tiny square... coated with a few lawers of 'Crystal Effects'... and a magnet is attached to the back... at least that is how the pins she mentions are created.
You might send a PM to SweetHeidiJo and ask how she created this darling card.
