Anyone with experience selling their cards?

I a relatively new to stamping, but I am heavily involved in lots of other crafts. At the end of next month (March) I am going with a friend to a huge craft fair, and though I'd make some cards to bring along to sell. Has anyone attempted to sell their hand stamped cards, and if so, did you have any luck? What price seems to be the best? Any advice that you could offer would be greatly appreciated!

In my experience, handmade cards sell better at auctions. It's great if you sell them in 10 packs. Like 2 greeting, 2 birthday, 2 Anniversary....etc. You'll find you don't make nearly enough to cover your supplies, but they are a labour of love. Good Luck.

Actually my friend and I did a craft show last year. We both had loads of cards to sell along with lots of other things and ended up selling about 400 cards between us. We made it a flat cost of $2 per card which made it easier to caculate for us and the buyers, so we didn't make millions, but it was a great way for us to make a little money (especially since a lot of them were those cards that we all make and accumulate)!

Give it a try - you might be pleasantly surprised!
