Default Selling Cards -- pricing question

I was hoping someone could give me an idea about what you charge when you put your cards in a craft fair (I am in Canada). The cards are 2-3 layers with eyelets & ribbon, including envelopes.
Would love some opinions as to what you have found to be a reasonable price.
Thanks!
Jennifer

Default card prices

I usually sell cards anywhere from $1.25-$2.00 depending on the supplies put into it. You can also adjust the price based on how many a person buys. Its a great selling bullet to attract customers. Just make sure to stamp the back of each card with a SU angel policy stamp if you use their stuff. Hope this helps you out. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I have sold my cards for $2-$3. I calculate the price by 50 cents each layer/embellishment. SO a card with three layers and a ribbon is $2!

Here in the US, I charge between $3 and $5 per card depending on how much embellishments and layers they have. But this is in a teacher's workroom at my DH's school. A lot depends on the craft fair. If it's a church bazaar, you would not get as much as you would at a really good craft fair at a school, for instance. In Canada, I'd probably charge between $4 and $6.

Default Prices for Cards

I am going to sell all of mine for $2 each. Some have quite a bit of embellishments and work and others don't but they still are layered and took time. I figured it would be easier to have them all one price and it would balance out in the end. I am going to probably have a sign that says $2 each and "Buy 4 get the 5th free". Or maybe buy 5 and get the 6th free. I haven't decided on that yet. If I was only go to sell cards I might have different prices on each one but I am having all kinds of stamped items for sale so this makes it a lot easier for me. Carol

At the last 2 craft fairs (this year) I sold my cards for $2 each or buy 5 get one free (6 for $10). But Christmas cards have not sold well at all so they are always "on sale" for $1.50. Good Luck!
