Ladies, you know that I usually set the date for the next event so that it's known when we meet. It also helps to have the venue booked this far ahead so that other events don't preempt ours.
For the fall, I am looking at 10/23, 10/30, or 11/6. Would you let me know if you have any personal preferences? Thanks.

I would vote for NOT 10/30. Either of the other 2 look good for me.

Well, it kinda sucks.... we were at a good number, 144, pricing was great. And you would think that the more we order the cheaper they become. BUT, because of how they are packed, we will need to get a large pack and a small pack, but that raises the cost to $1.90 each.
So ... we can either cut 18 out... by some of us ordering a few less... and get them for $1.80 each OR try to get 126 more sold and cost $1.75 each
... Silly, I know.

$1.90 each is still a deal. I don't want you to spend too much time being a good egg doing this for us, so I say just order what people speak for and the price is what it is. Thanks Nancy!!

Been thinking a lot about your long lost rule of no stamping 'til you exercise. It sounds very good, but I am not sure how to implement when group rides and mtn biking usually happens in the evening. I would never get anything done!

When everyone is cleaning out for the garage sale offerings, would you keep your eyes peeled for a Stampin' Up! set called Baby Firsts? If you're getting rid of it, I'm interested. Would love to swap something for it.
Been thinking a lot about your long lost rule of no stamping 'til you exercise. It sounds very good, but I am not sure how to implement when group rides and mtn biking usually happens in the evening. I would never get anything done!
simple.... you don't get to stamp on tuesday unless you went for your ride on monday. you don't get to stamp on wednesday unless you went out on tuesday night......

I don't have it but might know someone that does (probably won't part with it but I might be able to get images; if that works for you, lmk ink and cs preferences and I'll check if my friend has it.)
Also, I could be persuaded to trade Nursery Necessities (I've used it enough) if you need a baby set before you find Baby Firsts.
Blew some $$ at Sweethearts today getting sale Amuse that was in the store. Still want a few more Sea of Love stamps, cloud paper, and some other new stamps. I am one sad sicko stamper!!
Tilly, please pass on the word to the powers that be...the Rec Center needs an serious upgrade in their brand of hot dogs! And the Slushy machine wasn't ready...sigh... We went to see the Utica Rollergirls (our customers) vs. Hellions of Troy tonight. Utica won something like 203 to 95! It was interesting and no really nasty pushing/fighting that I feared. Something different and fun for a Sat. night!
Anyone else have nasty wind and hard rain this afternoon/evening? It seems that the other day another one of our huge pine trees broke during a storm and a HUGE branch (half the tree top that grew from splitting in two) needs to be cut. Our neighbor came over today to ask if he could cut it for us. It's a seriously BIG piece that is dangerous looking. That's the 4th or 5th tree that we've lost this year.
Only ideas for Syracuse still...

Lots of rain yesterday morning, then lots of wind. Some branches down, but nothing too big. Those large pines in our backyard are still standing and staring at me, although I did DD to the front of the house, JIC.
