Our recipe swap was fun. Some brought yummy samples for us to try - the best part!

Hi ladies! I hope you are having fun getting ready for this one!
Just wanted to pop in on DD's computer quick to let you all know I may be missing for a few days or so and cannot respond very well. TOD and Tilly, thanks for your comments! My computer has a mind of it's own right now (and a dirty one at that...visiting the p@rn sites..lol...ugh). DH is trying to get most of our files off before it crashes.
Anyway, in case it's a while before I'm back on, have a fun time!!!
Better go...I'm awaiting a phone call any minute now...should be an aunt again soon!

I know, it's not funny. I had the same thing several years ago when my son had a friend that like to use my 'puter after everyone went to bed.

DH has it fixed enough for me to pop in here now but he will be working on it the next few days or so. So I may be on sporadically.
Good news is....I got to hold my new baby nephew last night! Only 20 hours old. Sweet thing! We drove almost 2 hours to see him and then back home again.
Only one more week to wait!! I was worried I wasn't going to come up with anything for the gift swap, but I got inspired last week and it all came together. I was afraid that only having 3 weeks between gatherings would take the shine off this one, but boy was I WRONG. I'm really looking forward to getting together with everyone!

I have 2 nephews wives that are both expecting soon AND a niece that is expecting. All 3 are having girls!!! My parents have 3 great granddaughters and 3 on the way... no great grandsons!! funny huh?

You guys are always buying stuff...does anyone have any Cling Mount (Cling Foam?)? I would like to try it with an unmounted wheel but want just a small amount to start. If you buy it, where do you get it?

I have my technique swap designed, but I am resisting the "hunker-down-and-do-13-more-of-those". The prototype came out very nice. Can't that be good enough? :rolleyes:
