I'm not fussing or anything but I do hope that you are paying attention to the posts with information...I updated post #1 with tons (I do mean tons) of information and a request that you PM me that you do still plan to attend. I have heard from several but there are still many that are getting ready to need to come off the list. I will have to wait until next week as I will be out-of-town for the Chrysalis Flight this weekend. So you are getting a break!

My 8 year old begged....literally begged to go...and I told him, "Son I love ya but...NO!!! Baby it's my day!". I'm not sure he's buying what I'm selling but he don't have a choice...poor little guy. If I brought him he wouldn't boss the kids around he would boss you gals around as he (thinks) knows all there is to know about stamping. Honestly, he does know quite a bit and is quite the little talent. But still...it's not gonna happen! :mrgreen: LOL
Nope, not even close yet. Maybe after this weekend...I'm going to be so wiped out for a few days afterward. But I am off on Tuesday if those girls don't deprive me of all my sleep this weekend maybe I could have a productive Tuesday off!

February is PTI's 1 year anniversary. Nichole had wrote on the release party earlier this week, that there would be a week long celebration!
I can't wait for the set to be available. I can tell you that it is even more amazing than I thought it could be (although Nichole always blows me away with her designs)! It's going to be one of my faves and I hope it is for others too!

Yes, I had a couple of ideas for sets, but one was my favorite and the one I was most passionate about. So we went with that idea. It turned out beautiful!
When you learn how to patiently wait....LET ME KNOW HOW TO DO IT!!!! LOL! :p

You didn't really think I would bring my 13 year old did you? Can you imagine the griping we would all hear all day, along with the crappy music he listens to and sings constantly?
Your 13 and mine would probably hit it off great! Gripes at everything and that screaming music. Who would have "thunk" that was music! It is not to my ears!! Well, I do like a few of the bands he listens to, *shhhh* but don't tell him!:cool:
I know what you mean, some of them I can handle but he's gotten into the rap stuff and I hate it!

I actually listen to a ton of that "screaming stuff"! My MP3 and my 14 y.o. DS's MP3 have pretty much the same songs on it...He likes to listen to my 80's rock and I love a bit of heavy stuff now and then. Plus, I can monitor what kind of "junk" he is listening to.;)

A couple of the ones he like are okay, but you know, it's mostly violence and sex and oh my gosh, I sound like my mom when I was his age! Hmmm, wonder if that means I getting old?:confused:
I just found this post and am going to see if I could possibly make it to TN for this gathering.. I live at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, but my parents live in Clarksville. My hubby is a 1SG of a Basic Training Company and they might be still in cycle during that time.. if not, I will see if we could make a road trip. Pam

Tracy will be back around Monday or Tuesday, so I'm sure she will add you to the list when she gets back. Last time I talked with her, she said there were still a few spots open. Hope you can join us!!
My husband is in the Army National Guard and did his basic training and AIT at Fort Leonardwood.

Okay.. my husband said that they will be in cycle at that time. He said that he's going to look at the training schedule next week and see if he could swing getting off early on Friday and I can take off and drive to TN, and drive back on Sunday.. I will find out next week if I can or not, so hold off putting me on the list for now til I find out for sure if I can do this or not. Also.. is it possible that if I can come that I can bring my mom.. I don't know if she could put together a shoebox swap or not, but could just do mine.. I am going to talk to her about this if I can come and if she can handle doing some swaps (something she has never done before) then I might get her name on the list too. Just wanted to see what choices were available.

still thinking about a card and tag...........Why is that so hard? I do it all the time. I guess I am looking for a "wow" one. Getting ready for my SB club on Tuesday night so maybe after that I can think about the card... I sorta have one for my tag....(in my mind) just came to me..ha
I am going to have to pass coming to your event.. I had forgotten that there is a Stampin' UP! Regional event in Tulsa on the 29th that I am going to. I will watch the events forum for when you do another event.. we are moving to North Carolina in the July/August time frame, so I know we will be in TN for sometime in July, if something's going on then I would love to come.
