Saturday was absolutely Beautiful! The drive home on Sunday stunk as it poured the whole way:( but we had lots of goodies in the car to keep our minds occupied on what we were gonna do with them. My sister gave me about 4 projects to do. She's a crafy wanna-be, but doesn't know where to start:p

I got the scalloped oval nesties (and when I got home I had a 40% off coupon in my email box:(), some brads, 2 housemouse stamps and an elmo stamp, and 4 6 x 6 scrapbooks and refill pages (which don't fit the book I bought... duh!) and some wood plaques that were on clearance that I will alter for my niece. Didn't do too much damage - and ended up running into a 3 cousin while there. (I wouldn't have recognized her, but my mom did). It was a nice weekend.

I even helped my nephew lead his 1 week old calf - how cute that was!

When I went to HL I seen they had an adhesive gun there. I was wondering if that was as good and the ATG's. I didnt' want to get cuz I wanted to check here first. I think it was like $45 but I'm not positive. Any input would be great!!

I didn't notice the tape gun at HL, Cheryl, but I think that's about the same price as the one at Framing Supplies. As I recall, someone will be placing an order shortly for tape. I think it was Arlene...

I got a tape gun at hl for around 20 with the 40% off and the rolls were 8.00 it is called Glue glider pro so far it has been good for me.

Thank you. I thought it might but I wasn't sure. I was going to use my 40% coupon too. Have you had any trouble buying the refill rolls? I mean is there enough when you need to get more?? Can you order more online somewhere? I just hate to buy it to find out it is hard to buy refills when needed. Also, how well does it hold? Watch, I go back to get one and there will be none. That is my luck. I have been so frustrated with adhesives lately. It seems like it is only good for a few days then my projects seem to fall apart.

I had mine only for 2 weeks but so far it has been great. when I went there was plenty and I did but 3 refills since syracuse is about 45 mins away from me. I have had no problem with it sticking.I got the pera tac. one. When I read this I went back and tried to pull a card apart with the glue i used from the gun and i could not without wrecking the card. I have not look on line for them or the refills though, I probally just get them the from HL I ask the manager if this is something they always carry and she said yes all HL carry it.
