No work for me on Thanksgiving, either. Tonight we head off to Breckenridge, Colorado for one of our two annual ski trips. Jim will ski from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m.; Liz will sleep half the day away (her favorite thing to do which she never gets to do!) and ski in the afternoon, and I will sit (all cozy) in our condo, drinking hot chocolate and hot cider and make our Christmas cards and Liz's snowman soups for all of her friends. Wonderful holiday weekend for all:) I will have laptop with me, so I will even pop in on SCS at times. To me--it sure beats all of that cooking!

That's what I get for being a responsible mom anddrudging out to get a kid some boots because somehow his dadgum feet grew in the past four weeks since I bought the last pair ( that were half a size too big when they came home from the store ). ;) Yvonne, thanks for sending me the needed addys. hi all, kids ore off today, I am running to the po to get some almost late swaps off.

Yipee!!!! EXCITING NEWS! Scott and I originall decided NOT to take a vacation this winter with the baby coming, thinking my $$$ would be a little tight....KWIM? Well......ditch that idea!
We're going to DisneyWorld!!!! :) Probably 1/19 - 1/26, they have a huge promo going on - but 4 nights get 3 free, plus a $200 Disney Card. I also found a CHEAP airfare, $143 on NWA out of Milwaukee, so with the air, we are going for $600 EACH for seven nights. The $600 includes, lodging, park passes, and airfare. I Figure the $200 GC we can use for food. WAHOO! |
