Hello Deb,
I received the Christmas papers yesterday. Thank you so much. They are just right for making a quilt design on some cards. Love the variety!
I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out![/QUOTE]
Nicely done--so glad you could use that piece, I'm a fan of paisely and the copper accents are perfect!! Thanks for sharing the results!
Just wanted to mention that The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge is still going on if anyone is interested. I've been giving that my attention the past few days. Hope everyone is having a good week! The Cat Lover's Christmas Challenge

Good evening, everyone. I wanted to save up a large stack to offer, but this little collection sitting on the corner of my desk has been distracting me, so I'm letting them go now. Half the offerings are duplicate purchases. PM me if you see anything of interest and I will pick up the shipping. Thank you...
EVERYTHING SPOKEN FOR Thank you to all who showed interest.

The door stamp set came in and it's just Soooo cute! Thanks so much. Now, to try and get myself into the craft room! (I've been having a rough time with a sore and swollen foot, and as a result, not doing very much of anything. It is improving slowly, so maybe it's time to go into the craft room. It's not fun creating if you're in pain.)

Glad you like it -- it is a nice size and different from what we normally see. Sorry to hear about your foot and hope you will soon be up and walking, if not dancing. Totally understand pain. Not as serious as what you're going through, but ... and this is funny now that I can look back. Sunday was an extremely windy day. The hummingbirds were still able to access their feeders, but the bees that share those feeders went without food because they couldn't stand up to the winds. The following day, bees were in abundance and ravenous. As I went through the yard checking the feeders, one got tangled in my hair. Yep, I was stung just behind my left ear, did a crazy dance, screamed out for my husband, who was able to extricate the bee and the stinger. Ice packs helped, but for just over three hours the pain was excruciating. Then something lovely happened. As if the bee gods wanted to apologize for one of their own having stung me when I was only trying to help with the food supply, I experienced a two day high as if I was on some amazing drug. I played in my bowling league Monday night (my husband drove) and everyone noticed there was something different about me, but the secret stayed between me and the bee gods. So, if you ever get stung on the head by a bee, remember the pain is short lived, but the sense of lightness is well worth it. Cheers!

Just recently, DH came in hollering for me- turns out there's a hive of bees in the ground where he was working. He was shrieking there was one in his ear. Well, slight exaggeration. Yes, it was in the upper curve of his ear (not gone inside) and he'd apparently swatted at it- it was dead. I plucked the corpse off his ear and disposed of it.

But he didn't have the pleasure of being stung! Bummer... imagine the superpower he could have been blessed with!
