Here is the new Pay It Forward Thread for 2023.
Here are the rules, as they have always been in the past. If you see something you like, you can claim it based on the guidelines of the person offering the item(s) (usually first come-first serve basis). Some time in the future, it is expected that you will offer something to Pay-It-Forward. You don't have to wait until you offer something before you claim something else, but we try not to do that too much, so that everyone gets a chance. The person sending the PIF pays the shipping. I usually post where I am willing to ship, to cut down on confusion.

Thank you for this. I have some things to offer later and look forward to maybe finding some more treasures, too.

How does one set up getting notifications?

If you haven't changed anything in settings, you should receive notifications any time you comment. If you want to subscribe to the thread, you can do so by scrolling to the first thread, looking to the right of the thread bar where it says Thread Tools. That is a drop down menu. It shows three options...Show Printable Version, Email this Page, Subscribe or Unsubscribe from this Thread. Hope this helps answer your question.

Just joined! How do I see what things are available?

Generally, someone will post within the thread what they are offering. Since you have made a comment in this thread, you will get a notification that someone has responded in some way to this thread. However, because this thread does not technically start until Jan. 1, no one has listed anything yet. We just have to be patient at this point.

Just setting myself up to get notifications when the new year kicks in. Hope everyone has a safe, healthy, and happy new year!

I am cleaning and clearing out stuff....
Who has dozens and dozens of Project Life cards??? I still use them I admit and they are great for journaling!!! heres the bad thing... their are sooo many doubles in all the packages! I will slowly be going through and offering some here. I am doing them small packages so they are not expensive to send as I am in Canada. Hope you all can enjoy!

CELEBRATING 70
 

OK, pif-ers! on January 22nd I will be celebrating 70- yes, 70 years old (I don't feel like it!) This week's Teapot Tuesday challenge is for my wish to receive 70 cards for my birthday. Here's a link to the thread:

OMGoodness I didn’t know about this board and I just donated a lot of goodies. I imagine I’ll have more down the road though as since my husband passed away in March ‘22, I’ve moved into a one bedroom apartment, so space is limited. I’ve had to really perfect my organization skills. Now I have a rule that anytime I bring in a new stamp set, I have to give one up. It works great as I really have to be sure what I purchase can be used in many different ways. 😁

I have some girl & baby stickers and scrap embellishments to offer. I no longer scrap or make cards for babies. Sorry, but I will mail in U.S. only.

Just checking in so I get emails when posts appear. Thank you Chris for starting this new thread! I have a basket of stuff to offer up, and will be posting in a week or so. Hope you're all staying well, because there seems to be a lot of illness going around. I lost a very good online friend just today, to complications from flu and still can't believe it.

Karen - my condolences on your loss!! Seems like every time I log in to Facebook, someone else has passed away - either a celebrity or someone I went to school with in Maryland. I’m starting to think cancer is contagious! Well, not really, but it sure does seem like it’s spreading fast.

Karen, I wonder if we are thinking of the same person. I was so shocked to read of her passing. I am glad you posted, as I have been wondering how you were, and hoping you were safe. I wasn't sure what part of the state you lived in to be sure if you were safe from the bad weather there.

I am sorry to learn of your husband's passing. I do hope the care you have received throughout these past months has been given with a lot of love. Also, welcome to this board.
