Ms P, I am glad that your mom is home and doing better. The grocery store can be fun. You could turkey bowl (you know, frozen turkey scooched down an aisle without hitting anything) although I NEVER have done that!
Thank U hunn....I am laughing at the picture in my head of turkey tossing down the isles...lol I suppose it could be a new practice to...tenderize the meat?? LOL
Thanks you also for the lovely comments on my three CG cards.SO appreciated♥

Oh, when they are frozen, they fly down the aisle! Kinda hard to stop them! Then again, that is the point. ;)
Im back from a WONDERFUL trip to Thailand and trying to recover from jet lag, as well as catch up with things left undone while I was gone. Im finally making an appearance here, but Im so far behind I will never catch up in the threads, so if Ive missed something important, please let me know.

"......J, I was looking at my July calendar and do we happen to have a July theme yet? I have to try to be top of these things to get anywhere near done! LOL...."
I just checked too, I'm with ya....yuhuuuuuu Lindaaaaa♡, where are you? ;)
We finally finished the mulch pile yesterday and I also cut the grass. We had some friend coming over for supper last night and had grilled portabella mushrooms--Yummy! Tonight my roomies nephew, wife and their two kids are coming to stay over night before our family party on tomorrow. We have 42 people coming. The 4th was my dad's birthday and we always had a party at the farm. After he passed away, more than 25 years, I have had the party ever since. It is our summer family get together. I grill the brats, Italians and hot dogs as well as make hash brown casserole. Everyone else makes salads and desserts. We have a great time!
Good Morning--Happy Monday and the start to a new week!
The party yesterday was very nice and we had wonderful weather, though a bit hot at times. We had 37 people here and wonderful food that everyone brought! The last people to leave were a niece and her fiance about 7:00 and then I cleaned up and put extra tables and chairs away. We had a kiddie pool set up and the little ones enjoyed splashing around in it.
I am headed to the stamp room to play today--and I hope you too have a good one!
Hi Linda! YAY! We have a theme!!! And I love it!!! What a great idea and so fitting for your month, Linda. Thank you! I know you're busy getting ready for vacation, but I'm so glad you had time to tend to this for us.
Hello Ladies--It has been a few days since I have been here. Yesterday I was in a golf outing about an hour and a half away, so that took me away all day. We then picked up a dog that we are watching for the next 8 days while his owners are on vacation. This morning I got my hair cut, took Skokie for a long walk, cut the grass and finally am checking in here. I am heading to the craft room in a bit to work on a couple of swaps!
FYI - I am leaving town tomorrow morning - early - for 11+ days. I will most likely not have time/internet to check in while I'm gone. I'll see you when I return.
