Boy, this was one of the messiest challenges I have ever tried! I have shimmer everywhere except where it should be. Whew! Anyway, here's what happened.....
Stamped image on w/c paper, colored w/re-inkers, colored around the image with my homemade shimmer solution. (Sailboat blue re-inker, water, rust-perfect pearls.) Then before cutting in out, I lightly sprayed the image with the shimmer. Let it dry in the sun.
Cut it out and eb it with the cb. Sponged edges with sail boat blue. Cut out pink dp, sponged edges. Cut out a square of basic grey dp, sponged edges w/sailboat blue. Cut out a square of yellow/gold linen cs. Layered all this onto a square card made from whisper white cs. Doodled the edges.
Added one dew drop to cover a smudge. Oops!
Not to happy with this whole card, but it does have a look to it. It shimmers IRL just like me! Does this stuff wash off? LOL TFL :0)

Well, look at you go, girl! this is just as sweet as sweet can be. I have no idea how to color with re-inkers - I've yet to see what a re-inker is, but I think I need one. Love the uniqueness you successfully managed to create!
