I had made these storm clouds a couple of days ago and decided to use them somehow on this card for the SC. Here's how it went........
1. Took whisper white cs, ran it through the cb using stylized flowers. Sponged sailboat blue on edges and eb parts.
2. Cut my clouds to fit the #2 section, sponged cloudy blue on edges. Trimmed top of one of the clouds so I could tuck the sun behind it. Made the sun by making a circle mask, sponging summer yellow, pumpkin pie, really rust. Cut out.
3. Colored washed the #3 section, with cloudy blue. Sponged edges. Glued 2 & 3 together.
4. Stamped and clear eb all images except grass. Colored using prismacolor pencils w/gamasol. Cut images out, popping up here and there. Stamped grass on #3 section using my stamp-a-ma-jig. Stamped sentiment, clear eb, cut out, sponged edges and put on front.
5. Layered 2 & 3 on top of black paper, then whitecs. Sponged white cs edges and did doodles.
6. Put this all onto the #1 section and that was it.
Oops, I forgot, I drew on the "rain" thus the name..... Stormy Weather. TFL :0)

Now how the heck did you think this one up? I know it wasnt stormy weather in Sacramento today! However you thought of this whole scene is not as important as the end result, which just happens to be one fantastic card, my friend.
