I spent more money on the weekend...haven't quite figured out how much, as I also bought non paper crafting items. My friend MelissaL and I drove to Rochester to attend the 5th annual flower city gathering. 47 ladies present and we had a blast doing shoe boxes and group projects. The big group project was a photo album, and it was awesome. I will be making another one of them at home, so that I can have one for each of my new grandsons (one not born yet)

I spent money this weekend, too. I went to HL on our way through Paducah on Friday. Spent about $12. then went to Michaels on our way back through yesterday. Thanks to the nice cashier pulling coupons for me, I spent around $12. However, in checking my receipt this morning I find thing on it I know I purchased but don't have. But I also have things I know I put in the buggy that aren't on the receipt. Guess it balances out LOL
At least the things I wanted are still on sale when I go to Springfield next weekend. hehe

Hehe. I am like scootsv; I haven't figured out anything for a couple of months. But, I will stay with it and try to catch up with the figures soon. I have been gone most of October. It is fun to see where I am in the money part of it! If I see what all I do, it helps to justify the spending!!!

I finally got to do some stamping today!!!! I only did 4 cards but they are bringing my totals up closer to the black. I haven't purchased anything new in a couple of months. I haven't even been tempted. I told myself I can't buy anything new until after the Christmas shopping is done.
I just updated my totals. I am so happy to finally get below the $100 in the hole! Mind you, I just placed a little SU order yesterday, when they had a 15% off sale.

Ina, isn't it a good feeling knowing your climbing out of that hole. I've been real good about not buying anything I don't need. However, it won't be long before I need to make an SU order. I'm getting low on cardstock.

Me too, I've been really good this year. But I find myself in that same boat where I am going to need to buy some basic card stock colors. I can't believe how much white I use! I also need to update my totals!
I might add, only 3 of you played in September.... let's step it up this month - 'kay?

What you can't see in the photo are the spider webs with spiders and the two black roses. It was fun but too bad it was a very slow day at the library. We only had 3 kids come to our house; one was our great nephew and the other two were middle school or high school age. Ben, the great nephew, was a vampire pumpkin. He was so cute and he's so tiny for his age of 5. He was a preemie and had some other medical issues but you wouldn't know it today.
I missed so many good challenges this month! I would have loved to have done the Winnie the Pooh one, as I have several stamps with pooh and friends. But I will begin fresh with November. I luckily have a stash, so have been using those for what I need.
I did send 2 sympathies, and 2 birthdays this week from my stash. Now, I need to make some. Need to figure my totals for last two moths. Need to scrap my trip to Canada. Need to finish Christmas cards. Need to start gift caladars. Need to do 100 teapot favors for Church Christmas tea, Dec. 1st. Don't feel like doing any of it, as I am fighting a bad cold since I got home. Just being lazy and reading posts, and looking at the gallery. Oh, me.

My recent SU order was under $50. They had 2 fabrics in the Christmas mini. That was soooo mean! But once they arrive I will have all of the fabrics to date. I want to make a charm quilt for the studio with SU fabrics and a tone -on tone- off white.

I'm wondering if I should pay myself for using my Silhouette Cameo for cutting stuff out for the library. I didn't think of that before. I may not be making cards, but I do have to create something. That should get me out of the whole quickly.

I pay myself $10.00 an hour when I show the ladies at church how to make cards. The church buys the supplies, but I am the one who leads the class, and we use all my cutting tools (cuttlebug, paper cutter, and dies, etc).
We make cards for our encouragement ministry.
And when I make the bulliton boards for our Ladies Ministries, they buy the paper, but I use my cutting stuff and my design etc. I pay myself again ten an hour.
