Paula, so glad your cruise was so much fun. What a wonderful, fun thing to do to make memories. Soo jealous. Cant wait t see some pictures. My cousin was on a cruise up there about a month ago or so and she said the weather wasnt particularly good. So you lucked out!
So, Gloria, is the journal done?
Still working on the journal. She hasn't posted any more tutorials. So I am at a stand still.
So I guess $17.00 for a box of 1,000 is a good deal???!!! Does anyone need envies? If so, I can place an order. There's a company that gives OWH supporters a good deal, apparently. I'm not sure what the shipping costs are.
I think she needs an intervention. Here are a couple pics from the class. Hopefully it will let me download them. Last time I tried it wouldn't let me.

Hello Maryland! I have been a bit busy with all the last minute stuff for the wedding. I had a forced break though last Friday when my laptop and I took a tumble down the steps...The computer still worked, but the monitor was 60% or so trashed. I was ok - a bit shook up (maybe more so about the computer than me!) I was able to order another screen which arrived yesterday (DH and I installed it!) and now I am back in business!
I am about to tackle the place cards this afternoon - just hoping DD can finalize who sits where so I can the names printed on the cards. I can't do the programs until Mon as I need to meet with the Pastor to finalize what comes when and get the words for the hymn. What fun!
Good afternoon Stampers of Meade. Angie, I will take a box. Dill, that is fantastic work! Class for sure. You and Pete can teach us and also, class with Donna. We are going to be busy! I am working on finishing my shadow box. Slow going!

Envelopes have been ordered. Gloria, Pete, Cindy, Mary, Amanda, Theresa, and Jane - you each owe me $22.00. I hope they arrive before I leave on Friday. If not, my neighbor will hang onto them until I get back.

Jeaneen, you sure are on top of things. It's fun isnt it even if it is tiring. Thank goodness you didnt hurt yourself when you fell. Be careful!
Had a great time Sat at the Oper Write Home card gathering at my house. Thanks to Michelle, Tracie, Gloria, Kimme, Pete and Angie for a good time and great card making. Two boxes waiting to go to post office! Yay for us!
I still can't believe we made that many cards. I really had a great time. Did I talk too much. Seems like my mouth was constantly going. lol Must be the meds.

Gloria, you were sooooo bad. I think it was sitting next to Rose and across from Michelle who were both bad influences on you.

I think we should do it again. It was fun and not such a big deal if you only have to make 10 sets. Kimme had a bunch of different cards that got assembled. And she brought BROWNIE BITES. Too bad you guys missed it who didnt come. Gloria brought some special cupcakes. yummmmm.
Hope everyone is not getting drowned by the rain. I dont think its doing much here.
Hi everyone. Checking in after another short hiatus. It has been a busy month. I retired from the VA on July 31st, 2 days after I turned 60. Then I had a hysterectomy last Friday. I am doing really well. Just waiting to hear the pathology report and hoping I get a good report that the cancer is gone. The initial diagnosis was that it was a very early cancer so I am hoping that will bear out. I have been blessed with very little pain - no pain meds since the recovery room on Friday! And I'm not a martyr so if I had needed any, I would have been happy to take it. I was in St. Joe's overnight and was treated like a queen. My only complaint is that I couldn't sleep. But that's normal for me - I can't ever sleep. Except last night - slept like a baby. And I feel a whole lot better than yesterday which was a good day too.
My daughter started college at CCBC in Essex this week and seems to like it. Not a bad response for a kid who always considered school a necessary evil that interfered with her social life. Having classes with boys again is a real treat for her after 4 years in a Catholic girls school. Hope it's not too much of a distraction.
Now that all the excitement is over, I hope to start keeping up with this list. I so enjoy all the goings on. You are all such a fun bunch.
Super stressed about an oversized birthday card I was asked to make for the rector of our church. (She will be 50). All of my stamps are sized for an A2 card. Ahhhhh!
Susane, glad to hear you are feeling good. Hope the pathology comes out fine.
Theresa, what about digitals? you can resize them. Or a bunch of related little stamps, like postage stamps. You are creative and will do it. Dont forget to post on here or FB when you're done.
Hey Gloria, go check out Toby's message to you on FB.

But Toby is a male. And I've heard that males never clean up after themselves (they don't put the toilet seat down, do they so that should tell you something).
Toby can be spiteful. More of a feminine trait I hate to say, but it's the only thing I can think of for this "event".
Jane, I outed him BECAUSE he gave me the wrong things.
I usually used flowers stamps and die cut letters.
You will have to post it.

Nice job Theresa on the card. Gloria, how is that album coming....has it hit $100 yet? I tried the tag thing and totally botched it.....sigh..................
Rose, you need to make a list for Toby and maybe that will help him get the right gifts this year. I know he tries.
