Hello Stampers of Meade.........it is Hump-day. Day before Brownie Day...Middle of the week. We can do this! Cindy Sparkle....did you get my card yet? It was hard for me to part with that card, itneeded a special home, I think that is why they sent it back to me! Loved the drawer with legs. I "just happen to have" a drawer that will be getting feet. I have wanted to do something with it for a long time, now I know what to do! Paula, can't wait to see your cards for stamp-a-stack. It does not look like I will make it but I am paying and I am sending an order! Happy Hump day all.:rolleyes:

Cindy, I was hoping that you noticed the bow. Yes, it is the new bow from MFT. I just received it the day before I made your card so it was perfect timing. That's the small bow. I just love it! I'll use it in my next SBS card.

I forgot to post earlier that Mom and I both have the small pink glue glider. We got it a few years ago at a convention right after they came out. I like it and it seems to work well. I know A.C. Moore usually has the refills, and if you use a coupon, that really helps.
I think we all need to send Tombow e-mails to let them know that their "blue" tape refills stink.

Michaels in Glen Burnie have the legs for the cigar boxes if anyone is looking for them. When I was over there today I couldn't believe all the stuff they were putting on the shelves. I am looking for the Ranger water brushes fine point. They didn't have them out but they had gotten three boxes in. I guess I have to hit it again tomorrow. I want to use a coupon because they are a little pricey.

We are as prepared as we can be! Did all the laundry yesterday and ran the dishwasher so we don't have to worry about that stuff! Now to just sit and wait, they are now saying this morning that it is going to be a lot worse since Sandy is going to hit closer to us than first thought. State offices are closed today and I have a feeling we might be closed again tomorrow.
I hope everyone is safe in the storm!

Well it is getting a little breezy out there. The wind speed is going up. Not Good!! Jeremy and Lisa's b friend both had to go into work today. Mary what time does DH get home.

Gloria, I lost power in the storm from 8 pm Monday night until 2 pm Tuesday. It meant I got to stay home from work again so I wasn't terribly upset. I miss you on FB too but, hopefully, soon you'll be back. Are you going to Paula's SAS on Sunday?

Yep, at least I think I will be. You never know around here. Is everything ok now at home. Did you get any water in. I went over to Masako's to bring her plants in from her balcony. She was in Japan. Everything looked fine there. She had heard about the power outages and was afraid that she would have to carry her suitcase up four flights of stairs. |
