I've wanted to do this since I first saw the Boatloads set in the new catty -- perfect for an overseas move! It didn't take too long to color and was tons of fun to do! The only thing I forgot to do was to stamp "We've Moved!" in the top left corner.
I used blender pens on everything except the sky (sponged with Bashful Blue). I used the following colors with the blender pens: Artichoke, Thyme & Sahara Sand to make the cammo boat; Summer Sun mixed with Guava for the life preservers; Guava mixed with Pomegranate for the lamp; Guava & Rust for the wife's shirt; Really Rust, Caramel & Old Olive for the DH's shirt; Choc Chip for the puppy and chair; Going Grey for the anchor; Artichoke on the plant; Caramel on the box and flower pot; and Night of Navy for the water.
Whew! My desk is covered with ink pads!
The words were printed on Whisper White with a non-SU font called Kayleigh. I used punches on the cirlces and handcut the rest.

Love your card. When I first saw this set I tought of doing the same thing since my DH is in the Coast Guard and on a ship. But I still have 2 years to move so plenty of time to make my moving announcements. LOL! I'm saving this card into my favorites.

This is what I envisioned when I first saw the stamp set. My husband is in the Navy and I only wish we had this stamp set a few months ago when they moved us across country. Beautiful job. I love it! Good luck overseas.

Love it! So perfect for military life too! DH and I almost got stationed in Germany, but luckily the orders weren't valid because he only had 2 years left in service at the time of the report date.
Anyway, this card makes me consider getting Boatlaods to go with my Loads of Love and Accessories.
