 | | I saw this background on the Ellen Degeneres show one day. It was a Mexican stucco house with a square blue window. It has been stuck in my mind until I finally let it out. Here's what I did:
Ran a piece of very vanilla cs through the cb using the distress stripes folder, punched out a square for the window, then sponged distress ink over it all. Cut out a square of dark linen cs, glued it onto the back of the "window" opening. Glued this piece onto a rust colored card.
Cut out a larger square of white cs and sponged sail boat blue on it, then punched out the middle with the square punch. Cut a few strips of sponged paper to make the window panes. Popped up the blue window frame over the opening.
Cut out a large and small oval with the coluzzle, cutting off the tops and bottoms. Brayered both with summer sun, pumpkin pie, sponging the sides a little more for shading.
Stamped all images with brilliance graphite black, clear ep'd them, colored with re-inkers, versa marked and clear ep'd again, then cut out. Popped various parts up, then glued pots on the front and the little doggie, which I popped up his nose and added doodle things around him. The little birdie was popped up as well.
Well, there you have it. It is finally out of my head and on a card. Now I can concentrate on making another card of some kind...lol..................TFL :0)
