I copied this layout from another card maker. They used rub-ons and other pieces of patterned paper with sayings on the paper. I simplified this design by using the Happy Everything set and the "wish " from the small script set. I used the Coluzzle file folder template to cut the file tabs. I used coorindinating paper from Doodle Bug Designs and brads from Making Memories. The small flower is punched from Rob & Bob Slab by Provo Craft and the largte one is from Heidi Swapp designs.
This is my Neon Green version.

This is such a bright beautiful card. I love all the elements you combined here. The little stripes down the side look so cute and I love your little file folder tab.
I need to do something like this. I get in a rut where every card I make has something in the center surrounded by a scallop punch.
This design is very appealing.
