I stamped the scarves on printed paper, cut them out and attached to image. I punched tabs from printed paper using the word window punch.

Very cute! Love the scarf!!! I pulled my polar bears out this year again too. I have not been able to part with them, they remain one of my favs. Great card...tfs

edit: OMG!!!! looked again and saw the little scarf on the birdie was also cut out!!!! Very , very cute!!!

Oh, I really love this set. Your creativeness with the scarves is so darn cute!! Matching paper tags with the window punch--girl, you were thinking! I love it.

Now. . . gotta start looking for that set--guessing it's a retired oneas everybody says they pulled it out again or can't part with this set--hmmm, hope there's someone out there that will part with it
