Yesterday in Michigan, we had our first snowfall of the season and, in my area, it was blizzard-like conditions. The falling snow was so beautiful; my husband captured this photo of our backyard. I've never used a photo before to make a card, and I hope this isn't considered cheating, but I felt I just had to use this picture for this week's Ways to Use It challenge to use glitter. So, this card was very easy to put together: used glue on the trees to adhere glitter, punched oval tabs and adhered brads, and stamped 'Happy Hoidays' on the floor of the deck in the picture.

Gorgeous! I feel sorry for you "up there", though! It was cold enough to snow here, but we only got 1/10th of an inch. Too early for snow! I want to see leaves!
What a great picture. I love the glitter in the trees. Hopefully your husband will keep the camera nearby. I'd love to see more pictures like this (even though I'm glad WE only had some flurries here in Ohio yesterday.)

This is a beautiful card! Snow is so lovely but I'm very glad we don't get it here in sunny(most of the time) Florida. Can't take the cold that goes with snow. You used a perfect photo for a holiday card and I don't think it's cheating at all!
