SPIN:
The off-centre gatefold of my inspiration reminded me of the way Iâve been making cards with short front panels with designs on the back edge. I layered a snowflake stencil to create my background, and added iridescent shimmer spray for festive sparkle. My sentiment strip is a big snowflake, which breaks up that busy background a bit.

Your oversized snowflake was meant to be the "star" and it definitely succeeded.

The layered stenciling gives the whole panel such beautiful movement, and the iridescent shimmer adds a festive lift without overwhelming the design. The oversized snowflake works perfectly as a focal sentiment element, especially with the way it breaks up the busy background and echoes the inspiration’s off‑centre structure. The short front panel and overhanging shape make the fold feel fresh and intentional, a really striking interpretation of the challenge.
