This week Chat is our hostess and she gave us some lovely colors to work with, and a dessert option of ribbon or twine. I am using a brand new stamp seeing ink for the very first time. It's also from a company new to me.
I matted my large Highland Heather DP piece on Highland Heather CS and attaching to my WW card base. I cut my two narrow pieces of Old Olive and Real Red DP, positioned side by side before matting on WW. I then tied my ribbon around it before attaching to my card. I stamped and colored my image with the Blends, die cut it and matted on Highland Heather using the SB dies. I popped it up over my other layers.
This stamp caught my eye as it reminds me of my favorite place Door County and it's cherries. I am very pleased on how it turned out. So glad I bought it!! I am so intrigued by this color combo and can hardly wait to see what everyone brings to the gallery for this challenge. So come along and play with us this week. TFL.

Your cake is colored so beautifully, and that striped paper adds such a joyful burst to the whole design. I really like the white ribbon across the panels; it looks absolutely fabulous.
