Oh, what a beautiful monochromatic card, Kandie. The bubble wrap makes a great soft, slightly watery-effect background for the bulrushes (what we call them here). I think it's always worth keeping bubble wrap for slipping into cards with buttons or bling on them! It usually still lets them go at letter rate and adds a bit of protection. In fact, I usually pull it out of bubble mailers . I'm glad you had a stowaway scrap that you could use for this.
