This is for mix349 challenge which was to use texture paste with a stencil. First I made texture paste with baking soda, white glue and white paint. I used the mini cell theory stencil for the texture paste. When it dried, I added color with watered down zig clean color brushes in blues, green and yellow. Next I added the damask stencil and used distress oxides over it. Lastly I added a circle stencil with the glimmer mist. I colored the fish with Copic markers. I used the stampin' write marker for the bubble words. I used a 1/2" circle punch for the words. I added diamond glaze to the mask and stamped plants at the bottom of the water.

What a cool bg, Sue! Love all the fun stuff you did to create it including making your own texture paste (impressive). Looks fabulous as the bg to that super fun and happy fish. Great card. Hugz

Sue this is FAB!! Your bg turned out great! I love that you made your own texture paste and used what color medium you had at hand. I bet the glimmer mist adds a lot of sparkle. WOW...thanks for playing along today ;)

Fantastic! Gosh, you put a lot of work into this with all the different stencils and layering, and it looks just super. I wondered if that was Pocket Silhouettes, great seaweed. And I love the glazed snorkel mask.
