This is for Chrissy's Falliday Fest Challenge - Cloudy Day - to use the watercolor technique described to make the stamped images blurry and runny. Since it did not specify in the challenge to use holiday colors or purpose, I made a birthday card for a teenage girl going through cancer treatment and used her favorite colors of mint green and pink. I used an old stamp set that I've hardly touched and wonder if I'll keep. After stamping in Distress oxide ink on watercolor paper, I gently misted with water. The images did get blurry, but didn't run too much. Next time, I'll be more generous with the water. I thought it made a cool background for a teenage girl. Add a strip across with white embossed greeting. Embellished with some pink sequins. Popped the panel up on the card base. Thanks Chrissy and thanks to you for looking.

Diane,
A beautiful color combination!! Lovely images, I think she will like this too!! I just love the sentiment's font, so pretty and I guess you could say girly, with the wonderful swirls!!
