 | | This is my third card for the MIX30 challenge to use fabric and at least one other medium. I used modeling paste, Distress Paints and Distress Markers.
The fabric scrap that I got from a friend was a bright blue. I tie-dyed it using bleach to give it some character, adhered it to cs using my Xyron, and applied modeling paste through a Crafter's Workshop template. When the paste was dry, I put the template back down and sponged with Vintage Photo and Walnut Stain Distress paints. I used a Walnut Stain Distress marker to add some texture, drawing over it with a water brush to blend.
Umbrella Man was cut out of chipboard and painted with Black Soot Distress paint. He's attached to the card with foam dimensionals.
