The focal point of this card was made as a technique class at my SU Demo's house. We used a glossy gel medium with re-inker drops in it on a paper plate.
Similar to creating a shaving cream background.
You have to stamp your image FIRST though as this gel medium dries "as is"...lumpy and with lots of texture. Stamp an image with lots of solid space on plain paper then dunk it in the gel medium with ink drops in it.
