 | | The very first thing you need to know about this card is that I did not color it (I wish I could!). This is a scan of the cover of a stationery pad that's been in the attic with DSD's "stuff" for twenty years! I knew when I found it I would use it for a card someday. And while this is definitely not my day to get good photos, it isn't out of focus - it's printed on vellum.
I flipped the scanned image so it would print correctly on the back side of the vellum. It's attached to the card base with Scrappy Tape at top and bottom.
This almost seems like cheating, but this really is just gorgeous IRL, so I'm going for it!
L - Layer, lavender (the color)
O - Orange
V - Vellum, violet (the color)
E - Edge treatment
