Here's my submission for WT328, No White Cardstock. The white edge on the scallop circle is white craft ink - I rolled the circle across my Whisper White craft inkpad for some contrast Unfortunately, as I was making this card, Bobby Vinton kept humming through my head, "Blue on blue, heartache on heartache . . ." Guess I'm showing my age ;)

Thay are so fun arent they, very addicting...I have so many cards at home now , have to figure out what to do with them or try to seel them now...I blame the challenges....lolol....awesome no white card....love your blues and all the neat cuts and colorus of it...TFS, and welcome again to the challenges..:0)
