 | | This is a combined challenge for:
This week's FS176 who is Pam Hooten. The card I cased is this one:
let's do coffee by iris at Splitcoaststampers
The second challenge was for SNTODBD12 Our Daily Bread Stamping In Time which you can read about here:

To be honest I almost did not bother to upload. I created this card for a very dear friend of mine who LOVES yellow. Well, it's yellow - a lot of yellow. A bit much for my liking, and after I assembled the entire card, I thought "oh my" that's liable to hurt one's eyes if you look at it too long.
The stamp I used is from ODBD stamp set Friendship. I used MS markers to color the image rather than doing a solid silhouette. I wanted the finished image to blend with the colors on the dp - which I think goes pretty well. I used a CB embossing folder for the background, and used long rectangle nestabilities for the butterfly image.
Sure do hope Gloria enjoys her "bright" card, and hope you do as well. TFL. |
