 | | This card is for my DH's birthday on Friday, and Nicole Taylor (ButterflyEars) was generous enough to send me this image and a few others after I commented on this awesome card in her gallery.
BE_Stampin'B's challenge #19 by ButterflyEars at Splitcoaststampers
My husband has always collected Native American items, including a large collection of arrowheads he's found by walking plowed fields after a good rain. These feathers were colored with Tombows first and then twinkling H20's afterward. I wish the shimmer showed up on the photo, but unfortunately it doesn't. The sentiment panel was computer generated and layered with turquoise and black, with a big pewter brad in which I tied some tan and brown hemp.
Thanks for stopping by, and thanks to you Nicole for this beautiful image that made the perfect card for my DH!! |
