Yes, here you have it, the easiest (and quickest) card I have ever made. I think the cards I made in Kindergarten took more thought and time than this one did!
When I saw today's Way to Use It Challenge (WT191), for some reason something screamed "KISS!" (Keep It Simple, Stupid!). My mind immediately went to kraft cardstock and dark brown ink. Stamp it out, pop on a few buttons, punch the corners and voila, a 2-minute card. To anyone who says they don't have time to make their own cards, I say "Ha!" :P
This stamp set is my new go-to Christmas set, even though it wasn't meant to be a Christmas set.
I tried something new I haven't thought of before. I couldn't find a ribbon that was quite right for the card. I wanted something beautiful that contrasted a little with the simplicity of the card. The ribbon I had was too wide (you couldn't see the punched corners), so I decided to twist it to make it thinner. I think it adds the right kind of interest.
