WCMDFS08 3D butterfly card

I did a few of the challenges from the weekend for the first time...it was SO MUCH FUN!!

The featured stamper for WCMD is sherrylc05.
Here is her beautiful card I CASEd: USC4 Sweet Zzzs by SherryLC05 at Splitcoaststampers

I CASEd the general layout of the card, I didn't have any designer paper so I just stamped circles on the Amethyst piece. I stamped French Script on Whisper White and then stamped butterfly on Vellum to lay overtop. I stamped, colored and cut out a butterfly and added it with a glue dot. I don't have a cuttle bug so I just used my stylus to put the embossed dots on by covering the black piece with a dotted piece and dry embossing on top of fun foam (hope that makes sense :-).

Your 3D butterfly is beautiful! I bought vellum cardstock quite a while ago to do this very thing, but have never gotten around to it. Thanks for the inspiration.
