POLL: Participation...How many challenges will you complete?
Since VSN is getting alot of feedback concerning other areas of interest...I felt it important to find out about participation...
BE TOTALLY HONEST PLEASE...('cause I sure don't have the time to check them all. YIKES)
HOW many CHALLENGES did YOU participate and complete during NOV VSN?
Reason being...JAN VSN will have 15 challenges! I personally have never been able to complete that many.During the last VSN we gave away at least 3 prizes per challenge. Not to mention the fact that several Hostesses gave prizes on their own. I personally made & sent out 5 gift packages...So that was 8 prizes just from my challenge alone. TOTAL: at the very least 50!!! That is a ton of goodies!
WE SO NEED MORE PRIZES. PLEASE donate if you have not already done so...SO, far I don't have much at all...
I would like for everyone to understand that has not played... there will be tons of PRIZES sent out...AND therefore several chances to win...Your odds are pretty good.
Don't forget about those SECRETS...More surprise's and fun to come ladies...
JIC (just in case) you don't know...YOU CAN ONLY WIN ONE CHALLENGE DURING VSN!!!

I am sorry to say that I did not participate in any Nov VSN challenges (I had bronchitis). However, that being said, not only will I be hosting a challenge in the Jan VSN, I will be doing my very best to participate in as many challenges before and after I host as humanly possible. This is a mega huge awesome VSN coming.
WHOOP WHOOP to the MODS and the VSN Coordinator, Stampin_Sunnychick. Thanks so much for all your hard work to give us such enjoyment.

Nov VSN was kind of difficult with the late start. Challenges were thrown out ever five minutes, it seems! So, I did the best I could, and managed to finish 6 of them. For Jan VSN I hope to finish a lot more! I'm so excited!! Can't wait to see what great challenges the Divas have come up with!
Thanks so much to the mods and to Tracy for making this all happen!!!
Am so in hopes of participating in the Jan VSN--it will be the first for me! Didn't vote for that reason. Love this site and all the beautiful cards you ladies create. Bring Jan VSN on!

Welcome Newbie! To SCS and I look forward to seeing you during VSN...Thanks for posting, sister!
I missed Nov VSN, but in the others I completed and uploaded most of the challenges (there were a few that I couldn't do, like the bubble background, etc).
I intend on doing 12-14 in January! WOO HOO! I love VSN, it is so great to get you thinking out of the box!

LOL I have only ever done 6 at the most with each VSN. I'm shootin' for all the way this time. ;) Good thing I already know what one challenge is. ;) Oh wait! That challenge would be mine! ROFL O.k. in all seriousness, ladies if you have never joined before or even if you have, you SO DO NOT want to miss the fun we have doing VSN. It is a blast!

I am shooting for finishing 7-11 of the challenges.....now we have a few variables here....one is 15 months old and will likely sleep....the other is another story as sleeping is a huge issue right now....but I am keeping my fingers crossed!!!
Umm - if I say I did them all (Aug, Sept & Nov)and plan to complete all in the next one does that make me a big Stamp Geek - I have a hard time turning down a challenge.

Oh, yeah, that's what I meant! ;) Tee hee!
I would love to do all 15, but I know I will miss at least one when it's time to give my diabetic cat his insulin shot and post-shot snuggles! My poor parrot usually is 'tucked in' at 9pm, he gets ALL screwed up during VSN! (he lives in my stamp room).
I CAN'T WAIT!
Bumpin' it up! C'mon ladies, vote!

I did 8 challenges last VSN but did not post any because of tech issues. I normally would have had time the next day but this month had no time. I'm not sure how many I will participate in in Jan. Sept VSN I only missed two and it was because I lost track of time and went way over so didn't post and the other was so I could get the next challenge on time. I don't have a lot of stamps yet but if I can find a creative way to complete the challenge, I'll try.

NovVSN was my first time so didn't really know what to expect. My sister came over so we could play together. The biggest challenge for us was the time limit! We both take a long time puttering, deciding, undeciding, etc. when we make cards, so doing it more quickly was very stressful!! LOL! Due to the technical difficulties, we didn't finish as many as we would have liked and some not in time. Now that we know what to expect, we'll have a better understanding for JanVSN and hopefully will have some to enter!
Looking forward to it!

Stampin' Addict, Stamp-a-Holic, Stamp Geek...Pretty much all the same to me!

That's the spirit! I hope to see you complete all of the challenges....
Join this fun poll to see how many people finished all the challenges! Or who like me has never done VSN, but have read all about it and is fired up to try it in Jan!

I got only 10 done last month 'cause my 9 y/o DD was stamping too and I had to help her tad, plus make dinner. I plan to get 10 at least, hopefully more for Jan.
Last month all I could talk about was how excited I was to participate in my first VSN. The day before VSN our DSL went down - I could not believe it!! I did not get to participate - so I am really looking forward to January. I think that the prizes are an awesome bonus and I would be excited to win, but it would not sway my decision to participate. Waiting anxiously for the 7th and crossing my fingers that the DSL stays active.

I vote for a Pizza Night for Jan VSN...;)
Girl 10 out of 13 is pretty awesome considering everything else you had going on...I am sure you can do at least...13 or 14 this time. See ya there!

Yikes! DSL down...What is the world coming to? Computer trouble is the worst. It is our lifeline ya know. I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya too girl! Check out that DSL the day before...just to be safe...JIC, get a friends # to call for emergencies!
Last month was my first ever VSN and I loved it!! I had to look in my gallery to see how many I did-7!!! So, if it's earlier, I'm so shooting for all 15! I'm trying to gather some people to do this too, but so far the holiday madness is ruling! My upline is thinking about it so that should be way fun. Thanks for this all the rockin' Divas! VSN really helps get the creativity moving!!

I participated in all VSN's except August (vacation) and November was my record - completing 9!! I am a slow creator and making a card takes a lot of concentration. At 1:30 a.m. I was soooooo beat - perhaps I'll manage more next time if we get a slightly earlier start. Can't wait!!
I only completed 4 of the challenges. I was pretty tired during NOV VSN, and didn't even stay up for the whole thing. I am so glad that it is earlier this time, so us East Coast girls have a better chance of staying up through it.

I was a first-timer too in Nov. I completed 4, but didn't upload them, because at the time I was still clueless as to the digital camera thingy. Since then, I have figured out how to take a picture & upload it, although I'm still working on the quality (fuzziness) of the pictures. Maybe by Jan. I'll know what I'm doing.
I also had no idea what to expect, so I was a bit overwhelmed at the speed with which the challenges were thrown at me. And then there was this little problem of the computer upstairs & stamps downstairs. Boy, did I get a lot of exercise that night!
Looking forward to participating in Jan. & will try to complete more of them.
DIVAS are going to complete them all...You must have missed my post. I have faith in you girl! ;)
I missed the post, too! Whoa, I'll have to get a babysitter! I thought I'd be lucky to get a couple done with the new start time. AND, I'll have to be super-prepared this time (unlike last time, where i was running between the office where my stamps and supplies are, to the kitchen table, where i actually had room to stamp....)

But I think I'm up for the challenge!
You mean I am not the only "kitchen table" stamper around here!
I was a running too as Forrest Gump would say...;)

BTW, D~ I *KNOW* you are up for the challenge...
Once upon a time, the beautiful office we have in our home was devoted exclusively to my stamping hobby and my photo business. This summer, my DH decided to move his company office to be a home office, effectively kicking me and my stamps to the curb. The nerve....
;)
So now I don't get as much stamping done as I'd like. People assume it's because my hands are full with the baby. Nah... it's because I don't have the room I once did!!!
I just have to be that much more organized!!
'course, it would help if we divas were privy to the challenges ahead of time.... name your bribe, T.
